Why cant i book a 1 night stay on your website?

We have a 2-night minimum stay policy. However, closer to the dates we may release some apartments for a 1 night stay. we will be able to check if the room you are after is available for 1 night.

What are the Prices

Prices are quoted in US dollars and are on a per apartment per night basis. The rates are subject to change without notice until booking is paid in full. All prices include Taxes.

How do i pay and book for the apartments?

For security reasons and due to our past experiences, we stop accepting Credit/Debit Cards payment.Security deposit will be refunded upon departure,following an inspection of the apartment.

PayPal
Cheque Deposit

How do i gain access to the building?

Once payment has been confirmed and confirmation receipt is been issued,The entry access code will be provided a day to arrival via email.

What is the arrival and departure time?

Check-in time: 2:00pm EST or later Should you arrive prior to 2:00pm EST, the guest may store their luggage at concierge until time of check-in. Check-out time: 11:00am EST Late check-out is any time after 11:00am EST – a fee will be charged and is subject to availability. Frazier Apartments are all completely NON SMOKING.

What are the Services Provided?

All bed linen, bathroom toweling and kitchen tea towels are provided. A complimentary selection of guest bathroom amenities is also supplied along with kitchen detergent, dishwasher liquid and washing machine powder. Frazier Apartments offers a weekly housekeeping service. Bed linen is changed weekly. Should during your stay, a guest require additional housekeeping, this may be provided upon request – an extra charge will be incurred. we may provide additional toiletries/towels upon request free of charge.

When do i get my security deposit back?

The security deposit is automatically returned once you check out of the apartment, provided there is no damage.

When do we clean the apartments?

The apartments receive a daily service where your amenities and towels get refreshed/ replaced. Your room will also receive a light clean and your bed will be made up. If you are staying with us for 8 or more days, you will receive a complimentary full clean service every 8 days.

Do we have single beds?

Yes, each queen bed can be split into 2 singles.

Do we offer parking?

Yes, we do have on sight parking.It is free for our guest.

Does our room include breakfast?

No, however there are many café’s around Frazier apartments that are open for breakfast and lunch.

Are your rooms wheelchair accessible?

Yes, however certain wheelchairs do not fit in the showers, you will need to confirm with reception the dimensions are each room has different specifications.

How many bathrooms in each unit?

The studio apartment has a bathroom,1 bedroom apartments have 1 bathroom with a shower. The 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom apartments have 2 bathrooms, 1 bath/shower and an en suite with a shower

Right of Entry?

Frazier Apartments retains the right that, in the event that Management has a legitimate cause for concern that a guest has not been seen or been able to be contacted over a period of time, the apartment may be entered by the Management or a delegate to ensure the safety and comfort of other guests and our property.

What is the security deposit for?

We take security deposit of $400 to cover any damages which can occur in the apartment.

Can i have visitors in my apartment?

Yes however all guests are required to vacate the building by 11pm.

What happens with lost property?

If lost property is found within the room, the property will be reported to Reception. Reception will contact you regarding your lost property and hold any items up to 7 days. After 7 days your property will be disposed off.
